What is Grit?

 Grit in psychology is a positive, non-cognitive trait based on an individual's perseverance of effort combined with the passion for a particular long-term goal or end state (a powerful motivation to achieve an objective). This perseverance of effort promotes the overcoming of obstacles or challenges that lie on the path to accomplishment and serves as a driving force in achievement realization.

About the sessions

Grit3 Team membership via Triathlon QLD

It is expected that athletes regularly attending sessions become member of the Grit3 Triathlon Team via Triathlon QLD.  Annual team membership is $20 and team member's get access to the closed facebook group where training tips and session will be posted. 14 days free membership is available as part of the "Tri before you buy!" program. This can be extended to a 8 week trial for $20. If you are already a member of another club you can join Grit3 as a 2nd club without having to pay the TA fee again.
